Let’s be honest — everyone loves a good deal. We all like saving money, especially when it feels like we’re getting a high-quality product or service for less. But here's the catch: we don’t always want people to know we paid less.
Sometimes, we want the appearance of paying full price. Whether it’s a designer handbag or a luxury car, there’s a kind of unspoken pride in being able to say, “Yeah, I paid for the best.” Real estate is no different.
When I thought about selling a house, I realized I’d want a top-tier Realtor—someone with experience, a great track record, and solid negotiation skills. But I’d also love a little break on the commission. The problem? I wouldn’t want to go with a “discount brokerage” everyone knows about. It feels different. It feels... less. And I didn’t want “less.”
That’s why I created List With Hart.
We do all the heavy lifting to find serious home sellers. Then we privately connect them with full-commission Realtors from respected real estate brands—agents who normally charge their full rate, but are willing to offer a quiet discount because we’ve already done the work of finding the listing. It’s a win-win: the agent gets a ready-to-go client without spending money on marketing, and the seller gets to save on commission without sacrificing quality—and without waving a discount flag.
The result? Sellers get the Realtor of their choice, from a reputable company, and keep more of their equity. All while keeping things discreet.
